Volunteer

We welcome volunteers and value your time and support. Whether you assist at events, help with logistics, or contribute behind the scenes, your involvement makes a difference.

You do not have to be disabled to volunteer with Upstream Access. While we center the voices, needs, and experiences of the disabled community, allies are an essential part of the work and are warmly welcomed to participate in various capacities. The core philosophy is interdependence—the idea that we all rely on one another and can collectively create inclusive, accessible spaces where everyone thrives.
