Rooted in Resilience: Connected & Prepared

Join Upstream Access and Gresham Climate Action for Rooted in Resilience: Connected & Prepared, a free community resilience fair on December 5th from 12:00–3:00 PM at the East Gresham Library!

This event brings together people with disabilities, older adults, people with chronic health conditions, and the community to learn about emergency preparedness. Connect with local resources, explore different types of emergencies, and learn ways to be better prepared for disasters and emergencies.

You will also have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with our team to begin creating your own emergency plan using the Person-Centered Emergency Preparedness (P-CEP) framework. Together, we will explore important areas of the P-CEP Capability Wheel, including transportation, communication, managing your health, and other pieces of the Capability Wheel to help you create a plan that works for you.
