DESCRIPTION:A fun weekend tent camping outdoors! \nWe’ll be set up in a group campground at the Maple Day Use Area in Milo McIver State Park. Individuals and families are welcome to participate in group activities such as\, a sunset paddle (Saturday)\,  stargazing\, time around the campfire\, or enjoy the park independently. \nUpstream Access will also offer a few optional activities focused on emergency preparedness and resilience. Together\, we’ll explore what camping might look like during or after a disaster\, discuss items and strategies that can help make outdoor sheltering safer and more comfortable\, and share ideas for adapting plans to meet individual needs. Participants will receive a few preparedness items to add to their emergency kits that can be useful for both camping and disaster situations. \nRegister here (sliding scale fee)
