Prep-ability Peers Cohorts

Expand Prep-ability Peers Cohorts

A 3-month-long cohort that provides essential training, resources, and solar-powered items to support resilience in emergencies. In 2026, we will be hosting two prep-ability peer cohorts. Dates and locations are still being decided on.

Our monthly virtual meet-up focuses on a specific emergency preparedness topic, facilitated by disabled people, followed by community members sharing their experiences.

Tech Connect

Tech Connect is an interactive, accessible community space where disabled people come together to explore technology, share knowledge, and build connections through interdependence.

Mindful Moment

Expand Mindful Moment

Dedicate 15 minutes to a virtual break every Monday at 7 pm, allowing yourself to breathe deeply, center your thoughts, and embrace mindfulness. This brief pause helps restore your energy and bring a sense of calm and focus to the rest of your week.
